kosovakosovo.org / Albanian-Serb Information Exchange Forum
This site is available in English, Albanian, and Serbian. The site is of historic interest, as it includes only contributions from 2005. The goal of the Albanian-Serb Forum for exchange of information was to establish dialogue between the Albanian and Serbian public with the help of a joint information channel, and thus contribute to the creation of a media-initiated peace process and development of objective reporting in Kosovo. The information forum was a result of a joint initiative of the Center for Democracy and Reconciliation in South East Europe, the Belgrade news agency BETA and the KosovaLive agency, a Pristina-based Kosovo Alvanian news wire.

Not on the Agenda: The Continuing Failure to Address Accountability in Kosovo Post-March 2004 / Julie Chadbourne, Human Rights Watch / May 2006 / Volume 18, No. 4 (D)
According to this Human Rights Watch report, the criminal justice system continues to fail victims in Kosovo, despite almost seven years of international administration. Key actors are called upon to take immediate steps to upgrade the criminal justice system. These include: ensuring proper oversight of the courts; developing an action plan to establish a judicial police branch to work directly with investigative prosecutors; increasing collaboration between international and national police, prosecutors and judges; and establishing a more effective witness protection system. Highly recommended.
