Project Assistant

Mr. Oliva will contribute to work in the Conflict and Security cluster. He will be working with Ugo Caruso on various projects and on the "Minorities in Conflict Zones" training programme as well as on the ECMI Summer School Programme. During 2010/11 he successfully finished his master’s degree in International Relations, Security and Development, obtaining highest marks for his final thesis on ethnic reconciliation in post-conflict Bosnia and Herzegovina. Professionally speaking, he worked as a research assistant for nearly two years for the Spanish Policy Agendas Project, based in the Department of Political Science at University of Barcelona. During his master’s degree, he worked for one entire year for the UNESCO Center of Catalonia.
