Tamari Bulia, MA (Georgia)

Communications and Outreach

Tamari is in charge of communications at the ECMI, and is also involved in fundraising activities and various ECMI projects. Currently she is engaged as a coordinator in Teaching in Diversity, Minorities in Western Balkans and the ECMI Annual Summer School. Thematically, her research interest focuses on environmental degradation and human rights, delivering a seminar on this topic at the ECMI Minority Regime Course

Tamari holds an MA degree in European Studies from the University of Flensburg and a BSc degree in Public Health Management from Tbilisi State Medical University. Besides the degree programmes, she holds professional certificates in Social Media Management (Certified by IHK Schleswig-Holstein), Project Management and Marketing. Tamari has pursued internships at the United Nations Headquarters (working for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research - UNITAR), Haccetteppe University in Ankara, Turkey (at the Department of Statistics), and the Family Support Center in Vilnius, Lithuania.
