The European Centre for Minority Issues convened the workshop for the purpose of discussing whether the notion of non-territorial autonomy (NTA) can productively serve as a category of analysis in any of the social sciences, and in case the answer to this question is affirmative for examining ways, limits and potential outcomes of such application and its translation into practice.
