Flensburg Stadt Fellowship

In co-operation with the Town Hall of Flensburg, the ECMI operates a Flensburg Stadt Fellowship Programme. Through the generous support from the Town Hall, the Centre is able to maintain an apartment in the city. The apartment offers accommodation for three Fellows and is equipped with all the amenities that a visiting researcher or intern would need during a stay.

The aim of this Fellowship Programme is to provide support for those visitors most in need of help because they are not able to receive grants or bursaries from their home university or national government.

Fellows are selected on a case-by-case basis and will have to document that they are not able to receive financial support sufficient to pay for regular accommodation in Flensburg. Fellowships are awarded only after successful selection through the general application procedure.

Applicants who think they may be eligible for the Flensburg Stadt Fellowship should contact Ms. Maj-Britt Risbjerg Hansen at info[at]ecmi.de.
