Farah Aly

Farah Aly is a student of Political Science and Applied Informatics at the University of Mannheim and a writer for the independent news organization Egyptian Streets.

Having held research assistant positions at the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research and the Chair of Economic and Organizational Sociology at the University of Mannheim, she has experience in conducting empirical research, data analysis, and project cycle management.

Her interests lie in studies related to social movements, ethnic and religious minorities, post-colonialism, social identity, and narrative analysis.
