New Federal Government Commissioner Natalie Pawlik visits the ECMI

The ECMI is honoured to welcome Natalie Pawlikthe newly appointed Federal Government Commissioner for Matters Related to Ethnic German Resettlers and National Minorities, at its headquarters today.

ECMI Chairman Prof. Jørgen Kühl, ECMI Director Prof. Vello Pettai and Dr. Martin Klatt, Senior Researcher and Head of the German-Danish Minority Issues Cluster at the ECMI, welcomed Natalie Pawlik, who is the central contact person at the federal level regarding matters related to the national minorities.

In the historic conference room of the HQ building in Flensburg, they sat together and discussed ongoing and possible further future cooperation. The meeting also aimed at providing an overview of the centre`s work and how our activities are structured.

We are looking forward to our ongoing work together in the years ahead!
